Will Some Congresspersons Support Nationwide Initiatives?

Some Congresspersons support Nationwide Initiatives because they sought election to make a difference. They will see them a necessary and useful tool to making a difference and improve the lives of U.S. citizens, rather than any significant diminution or threat to their power.. 

They will also be aware that House rules and organization can sometimes make it impossible to enact legislation that the Member knows the people want and need. For them, the IQA is required to give expedited attention to a proposed bipartisan Initiative. This could prove a useful tool to use, or just threaten to use, in order to remove obstacles to the passage of needed legislation.
