Precedence of IQA Rules

Precedence of IQA Rules:

  1. Part 1 (Initiative) rules can be changed only by a Direct Initiative passed by double majority vote of the Electorate and shall prevail over Part B and C rules.
  2. Part 2 (supermajority) rules can be changed only by a two-thirds simple supermajority IQA vote, and prevail over Part C rules.
  3. Part 3 (majority) rules can be changed only by an absolute majority IQA vote.
