Plenary Session Voting

Motions passed by voting in Plenary Session with a quorum present shall govern the IQA. Passage shall require a simple majority vote with the exception of the following that shall require a two-thirds simple supermajority vote:

  1. A Candidate Initiative containing a proposed constitutional amendment.
  2. Expulsion of a Member.
  3. Reduced IQA operations.
  4. Changes to Part 2 IQA Bylaws Rules.

The Moderator (Chairperson) shall not vote except to break a tied vote.
